Sugary drinks like sodas, energy drinks, and even packaged juices may look refreshing, but their high sugar content can trigger fat buildup in the liver.
Alcohol remains one of the fastest routes to liver damage, with doctors warning that even regular “small shots” of beer, spirits, or palm wine can scar the liver over time. Processed snacks, from instant noodles to biscuits and chips, are filled with preservatives the liver struggles to filter.
