Found in sugary beverages, desserts, and processed snacks, it can contribute to weight gain and increase the risk of developing diabetes and heart disease. Opt for natural sources of sweetness like fruits, and limit your intake of sugary treats.
3. Excessive sodium consumption.

4. Alcohol.
