Daniel Bwala made this known during an interview on Arise Television where he spoke about his decision to become an independent politician because of PDP’s failure to play the role of an opposition party. During the interview, Daniel Bwala said, “the worst of it is the conduct of the man that is purported to be the chairman of the committee of governors of PDP (Bala Mohammed), who is supposed to be the arrowhead of the leadership of the party that will begin a social re-engineering of the party as we look towards 2027.”

“Now, he (Bala Mohammed) is all over the place. Wherever you see Tinubu, you see him there. The other time he visited the Villa and he was making a claim on behalf of the governors which later proved to be false. Secondly, we do not know if he is pushed by his desire to retain power and not loose the election tribunal case or the previous corruption case that has compromised him. Most of the comments he made in the Villa are comments that are abhorrent and disgusting to an opposition party because he said that the governing party is perfect in the way they are doing things.”

“He even made the claim that the president is so perfect that he did not allow them to loose their respective election petition, but has allowed them all to win as if it is the president that determines the outcome of election tribunal.”
