BREAKING: Uproar Over Claims That Tinubu Wants PDP Governors In Delta, Plateau, Nasarawa States Removed From Office

Ude, who is a top critic of the APC, further claimed the judgment earlier delivered by the Election Tribunal in favour of the PDP governor in Nasarawa State will be quashed.

He added that Delta, Plateau State and Nasarawa States are all going to the APC and that Nigeria is heading to a one party state.

Reacting to Ude’s claim, an uproar ensued among Nigerians online as many anticipate the Supreme Court ruling in the election cases in the three states.

In Delta State, the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, on Friday, had struck out the All Progressives Congress candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege’s petition challenging the election of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

The tribunal struck out the petition brought before it by Omo-Agege for lacking merit.

In its judgment, Justice C.H. Ahuchaogu-led three-member tribunal panel affirmed the return of Oborevwori as the winner of the March 18, 2023 gubernatorial election in the state.

The tribunal held that the petitioners failed to prove allegations of non-compliance with the Electoral Act, and corrupt practices beyond a reasonable doubt.

However, according to Jackson Ude, the APC will win at the Court of Appeal.
