One of the first clues could be more intense pregnancy symptoms than usual. For example, you might experience severe morning sickness, extreme fatigue, or heightened hormonal changes like mood swings and cravings.
This happens because the body is producing more pregnancy hormones to support two babies instead of one.
Another sign is a faster-growing baby bump. If you notice your belly expanding earlier than expected, or your clothes feel tight sooner, it might be a sign of twins.
