To round out our exciting team, we are on the hunt for a Store Manager.

Promptly attend to client needs by:

Creating, launching, and supervising customer service programs

Enable operational controls through:

Maintaining health and safety standards in accordance with established business practices and applicable laws

Achieving conformity with established policies making the store more pleasant for customers by making it more organized and easier for them to shop
Achieving business goals through the use of SOPs and policies
Managing the retail team to achieve targets
Maximizing business earnings through the implementation of labor management and expenditure control initiatives

Collaborating with the District Manager to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage
In charge of preventing losses
To achieve this, you must:

Always acting in a mature, professional, and cordial way
Putting an emphasis on constructive, upbeat, and honest dialogue
Performing multiple tasks simultaneously with precision planning and organization
Guarding the company’s funds, assets, and secret records
Learning the ins and outs of retail budgeting, sales, turnover, expenses, markdowns, and profitability

Educating yourself and your staff on the business climate in your area, including the competition, upcoming events, client revenue sources, and emerging demands.
Your Identity:

The commercial or retail sector is familiar to you.
Your abilities in leading and serving customers are top-notch.
You are able to express yourself professionally in both written and spoken forms.
You have excellent time management skills, including the capacity to rearrange priorities and adjust to new information.

You have a strong work ethic, are proactive, and require little oversight.
You have excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for detail.
