1. Physical Abuse – No one should ever lay hands on you in anger. If he hits, slaps, pushes, or uses any form of violence, it’s a red line. Love is not pain.
2. Consistent Cheating – A one-time betrayal may be forgivable for some, but a pattern of cheating shows deep disrespect. It means he doesn’t value your loyalty or emotions.
3. Gaslighting You – If he twists reality to make you question your sanity or feelings, that’s emotional manipulation. It’s toxic and dangerous to your mental health.
4. Public Humiliation – A man who mocks or embarrasses you in front of others has no respect for your dignity. Love uplifts, it doesn’t shame.
5. Blames You for His Mistakes – If he never takes responsibility and always shifts the blame to you, he’s emotionally immature and manipulative.
6. Destroys Your Confidence – A partner who constantly criticizes, belittles, or compares you to others is not building with you they’re breaking you down.
