For individuals with high cholesterol or heart disease, the cholesterol found in egg yolks may pose a risk, particularly when eaten in large quantities. While recent studies show that eggs can be safe in moderation, those with preexisting heart conditions should consult a doctor.

If you have diabetes, frequent egg consumption especially fried or processed eggs has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease.

Those with liver or gallbladder problems, such as gallstones or fatty liver, may also need to limit eggs, since high-fat content can worsen symptoms.

Additionally, individuals with kidney disease may need to limit their protein intake, including eggs, to avoid stressing the kidneys.
