One key time is immediately after a heavy meal. Gulping down lots of water right after eating can dilute your stomach acids, making digestion less efficient and possibly leading to bloating, indigestion, or discomfort.
It’s better to sip small amounts if truly necessary and wait at least 30 minutes after eating before drinking larger quantities.
Another time to avoid drinking water is right before or during intense exercise. Taking in too much water at once might cause cramps or make you feel sluggish.
Instead, aim to hydrate gradually before your workout and sip as needed during the session.
Finally, just before bed is not ideal for large amounts of water. This can disrupt your sleep by causing frequent trips to the bathroom during the night.
The key is balance listen to your body, but also be mindful of timing to support your overall well-being.
Favor As Higher Power? (The hidden truth) Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor.
