At Sunrise, our Care Manager is in charge of ensuring that a regular group of residents and their families in our memory care and assisted living neighborhoods receive the best possible care and services.

Key Functions:
As you help a set number of elderly people with ADLs, respond to their specific care requirements, and get to know them as people, you’ll form deep relationships with them and their families.
Report any changes in health status to upper management and suggest any necessary changes to treatment and support.
According on their profile, help people with life skills and other activities that improve their quality of life.
Makes use of the resident’s senses in a number of ways throughout the day Contributes to the creation of the ISP and its monthly revisions
Oversees a specific group of residents during their shift, is aware of their whereabouts, and does regular physical checks on them.
Collaborates with the community team to promote Risk Management programs and policies and assure compliance with OSHA requirements, as well as safety laws and regulations.
Assists with residents’ and guests’ meal requests while upholding Sunrise’s impeccable service and hospitality standards Resident life skill and enrichment activity invitations, encouragements, and assistance (IEA) based on ISP and demographic profiles

Required Skills:
Commitment to helping the elderly and a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
The capacity to work well with others, maintain an optimistic outlook, and be adaptable in meeting the needs of the inhabitants are all essential.
We accept and even need GEDs and high school diplomas as proof of eligibility per state rules.
Must keep certifications current in states that require them
Age requirement: 18 and up
It is ideal that you have prior expertise working with elders.
The capacity to make decisions and choices that are best for the resident
Be able to articulate ideas clearly both in writing and speech and have a basic level of comprehension
Able to effectively manage one’s time and tasks
Make sound decisions, solve problems, and display good judgment.
