The things you’re going to do
Crucial patient relations liaison
Make initial contact with patients to collect necessary data and inform them about the program’s offerings.
Prove to be an authority on reimbursement within the scope of his or her caseload
Among the many services provided by the program, the patient is informed about injectable training, available pharmacies, and reimbursement assistance.
Quick and consistent access to treatment should be the outcome of well-coordinated patient services.
Coordinates the patient journey and ensures patient onboarding by working closely with other team members in diverse positions.
Get the most out of your prescription drug coverage by overseeing all of its components.
Maintains consistent communication with pharmacies, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers to offer the best possible reimbursement assistance.
Organization of both initial and renewal prescriptions
Reporting of Adverse Events

Needed Items:
You need to have completed an associate’s degree program or higher level of education, or have an equal amount of relevant work experience.
As a necessity for the province of Quebec, being able to speak both English and French is an advantage.
Working knowledge of customer service
Material Resources:

Prior work in the pharmaceutical industry (sales, managed care, clinical support, or similar roles) is preferred, but expertise in a call center, third party reimbursement arena, public or private sector organization, or similar field is also a plus.
Prior customer service experience, familiarity with patient records, and understanding of insurance policies (both private and public) are all pluses.
Experience with customer relationship management software is a perk.
